"Prior to opening Health Quest Physical Therapy, I was working with another physical therapy company that was using and selling a competitor's product . I was unsatisfied with how your competitor's product was not malleable when frozen, did not fit well over ankles, knees, shoulders, and how the velcro and ice bubbles wore out after about about 3 months. After leaving that company to start my own, I made it a point to make ActiveWraps THE choice for my cold-therapy. Without even trying to "sell" these products to people, I had about 90% of my patients ask where I got such a great product since durable ice packs are so hard to come by. I had a hard time keeping them stocked because so many people wanted one. One of the biggest benefits is the ability to change between cold and hot applications in less than 20 seconds by having only a $15 second set of insertable packs to allow for contrast applications.
