Warranty/Return Policy
ActiveWrap values its customers and upholds a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy to all ActiveWrap direct customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you have purchased directly thru activewrap.com you are eligible to return it within 30 days. Please remember that all items must be returned in original and unused condition. Every ActiveWrap is complete with a full one year warranty under normal wear conditions. We will have record of your date of purchase.
Processing Returns and Exchanges
We will refund your item purchase price upon receipt of your item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping or return postage unless it is a warranty defect return. This includes wrong size ordering.
If you exchange your item we will not charge any additional shipping for your purchase. If you need to exchange for size please contact us direct for a return authorization number and follow the instructions below:
SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY - 3 easy steps
- Place compression wrap only in a clean plastic bag (keep your hot/cold packs, retail packaging and instructions ).This will reduce ship weight and you can still use them in the interim.
- Mail wrap only via Fed Ex Ground or USPS depending on your area.
- Upon receipt we will exchange your new size wrap and you will be on your way
