Warranty & Returns Policy

ActiveWrap values its customers and strives for a positive and satisfactory experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made directly thru activewrap.com (not amazon) you are eligible to return it within 30 days of shipment. Please remember that all items must be returned in original and unused condition. Every ActiveWrap is complete with a full one year warranty under normal wear conditions. We will have record of your date of purchase.

Processing Returns and Exchanges
We will refund your item purchase price upon receipt of your item. If you exchange your item we will not charge any additional shipping for your purchase. If you need to exchange for size please contact us direct for a return authorization number.
