    How to use

    1. Insert the reusable hot cold pack or long duration ice pack into the slip cover pouch.
    2. Stick and secure the pouch to the inside of the hip wrap.
    3. Use the included plush straps to fasten around leg. This will secure the ice onto the hip for a snug, comfortable fit.
    4. Adjust the wrap and straps as needed for increased compression. Extra strap(s) are included to expand waist sizes as needed.

    ULTRA FLEX ICE & HEAT PACK USE

    For cold therapy, freeze packs for at least two hours before use. For heat therapy, warm packs in the microwave according to instructions on pack. Click here for a quick video heating demo.

    LONG DURATION COLD PACK USE

    This ice pack contains a dual-stage formula: the inner ice cube blanket should freeze solid while the outer elastic gel remains soft and flexible. Do not use if the entire pack is frozen solid with no flexibility, as this indicates excessive cold. If this occurs, allow the pack to sit out at room temperature for approximately ten minutes before application and proceed to work in flex by bending the pack back and forth.

    CARE AND CLEANING

    Wipe off all condensation before and after use. Do not use bleach on the product. Wrap can be cleaned with fresh water rinse and hang dry (no dryer).
