Featuring two reusable ultra flex heat and ice packs and an adjustable compression wrap, it delivers customizable hot or cold therapy that stays soft, pliable, and in place for consistent comfort. Engineered for easy self-application, mobility, and a universal fit for either foot, the wrap molds to your foot and ankle for soothing, mess-free relief—making it an essential recovery tool for athletes, active lifestyles, and anyone managing foot or ankle pain.

SIZING

  • Small-Medium: Women’s sizes 5-11.5 | Men’s: sizes 10 and under

How to use

  1. Insert the reusable hot or cold packs into the pouch liners.
  2. Secure the packs and pouches to the inner of the wrap.
  3. Secure around the foot and ankle for a snug, comfortable fit.
  4. Adjust the wrap as needed for increased compression.

ULTRA FLEX ICE & HEAT PACK USE

For cold therapy, freeze packs for at least two hours before use. For heat therapy, warm packs in the microwave according to instructions on pack. Click here for a quick video heating demo.

CARE AND CLEANING

Wipe off all condensation before and after use. Do not use bleach on the product. Wrap can be cleaned with fresh water rinse and hang dry (no dryer).
