ULTRA FLEX ICE & HEAT PACKS

Details

The ActiveWrap® Ultra Flex Ice & Heat Packs provide professional grade, reusable, versatile pain relief for shoulders, knees, back, ankles, wrists and other sore or injured areas. Designed by physical therapists and trusted by top hospitals for nearly 30 years, these soft, flexible packs use an innovative "no-flow-gel" composition that stays flexible when frozen, ensuring smooth, even cold therapy without voids or bare spots. They can also be heated in the microwave or warm water for soothing heat treatment. Each pack includes a protective nylon cover. The packs are lightweight, comfortable, and maintain strong cold therapy for up to 40 minutes. The packs are designed to work in conjunction with each ActiveWrap® Wrap but can also be used on their own for quick injury needs. For those recovering from recent surgery or looking extra cold therapy, consider the ActiveWrap® Long Duration Ice Packs. The long duration ice packs deliver two to four hours (depending on size) of flexible, ice-cold pain relief and designed for use over post-surgical bandages. The Long Duration Ice Packs only deliver cold therapy, for both hot and cold therapy select the Ultra Flex packs.

  • Small (4.5" x 6.5"): for wrist & foot wraps
  • Medium (6" x 9"): ankle, elbow & neck wraps
  • Large (7" X 10"): knee & shoulder wraps

How to use

For Cold Therapy:

  1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least two hours.
  2. Insert the frozen pack into the included nylon dual pocket pouch. See video here
  3. Attach the pack to the inside of your wrap.
  4. Use for up to 15 minutes or as directed by your medical care provider.
  5. Remove and allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.

  1. Follow instructions on pack (heat time varies with pack size).
  2. Insert the heated pack into the included nylon pouch.
  3. Attached the pack to the inside of your wrap.
  4. Use for up to 20 minutes or as directed by your medical care provider.
  5. Remove and allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.
