For those recovering from recent surgery or looking extra cold therapy, consider the ActiveWrap® Long Duration Ice Packs bundles. The long duration ice packs deliver up to 4hours of flexible, ice-cold pain relief and designed for use over post-surgical bandages. The long duration ice packs only deliver cold therapy, for both hot and cold therapy select the standard packs.

How to use

  1. Insert the reusable hot or cold pack into the pouch liner.
  2. Secure the pack and pouches to the inside of the back support wrap.
  3. Secure around the lower back for a snug, comfortable fit.
  4. Adjust the wrap as needed for increased compression.

ULTRA FLEX ICE & HEAT PACK USE

For cold therapy, freeze packs for at least two hours before use. For heat therapy, warm packs in the microwave according to instructions on pack. Click here for a quick video heating demo.

LONG DURATION COLD PACK USE

This ice pack contains a dual-stage formula: the inner ice cube blanket should freeze solid while the outer elastic gel remains soft and flexible. Do not use if the entire pack is frozen solid with no flexibility, as this indicates excessive cold. If this occurs, allow the pack to sit out at room temperature for approximately ten minutes before application and proceed to work in flex by bending the pack back and forth.

CARE AND CLEANING

Wipe off all condensation before and after use. Do not use bleach on the product. Wrap can be cleaned with fresh water rinse and hang dry (no dryer).
