The ActiveWrap® Shoulder Ice & Heat Wrap is a premium heat and ice therapy solution designed to provide targeted relief for shoulder pain, injuries, and post-workout recovery. Featuring a patented dual rotator cuff strap design, it delivers deep, focused therapy to both the front and back of the shoulder. The removable, ultra flex, reusable packs stay soft and conforming when frozen and deliver up to 40 minutes of cold therapy, or can be used for soothing heat therapy . The compress is made of a soft medical plush material to ensures a secure yet comfortable fit that still allows for mobility. Perfect for athletes, post-surgery patients, or anyone seeking convenient slip-on shoulder pain relief. Each shoulder wrap comes with two large heat and ice packs. 

 

Those looking for extra long duration cold therapy, consider the ActiveWrap® Long Duration Ice Packs bundles. The long duration ice packs deliver up to 2 hours of deep penetrating, ice-cold pain relief and designed for use over post-surgical bandages. The long duration ice packs only deliver cold therapy. They have flexibility but not as conforming as our Ultra Flex packs that come with the shoulder. If you need both hot and cold therapy with the softest feel and comfort, select the standard packs. 

For those in a post-op sling or immobilizer, consider the ActiveWrap® Post Op Shoulder Ice Wrap that is designed for post-rotator cuff or shoulder surgery patients. This wrap can be opened flat or configured into a sleeve design when mobility is regained.

How to use

  1. Insert the reusable hot or cold packs into the pouch liners.
  2. Secure the packs and pouches to the inner of the wrap.
  3. Secure the chest strap for a snug, comfortable fit.
  4. Adjust the dual rotator cuff as needed.

ULTRA FLEX ICE & HEAT PACK USE

For cold therapy, freeze packs for at least two hours before use. For heat therapy, warm packs in the microwave according to instructions on pack. Click here for a quick video heating demo.

LONG DURATION COLD PACK USE

This ice pack contains a dual-stage formula: the inner ice cube blanket should freeze solid while the outer elastic gel remains soft and flexible. Do not use if the entire pack is frozen solid with no flexibility, as this indicates excessive cold. If this occurs, allow the pack to sit out at room temperature for approximately ten minutes before application and proceed to work in flex by bending the pack back and forth.

CARE AND CLEANING

Wipe off all condensation before and after use. Do not use bleach on the product. Wrap can be cleaned with fresh water rinse and hang dry (no dryer).
